Early Childhood Services Program

The government approved Kindergarten Guidelines place an emphasis on the child, the family, the staff and the community. We essentially follow these guidelines:

Biblical principles are integrated into all areas of the Early Childhood Service (ECS) Kindergarten program.
In our Bible times, children learn how to respond to God properly through recognizing their need for a Savior, memorizing Bible verses, praying and worshiping Him.
Language Arts teaches alphabet recognition. Sounds are taught and reinforced in many interesting ways using a variety of programs and methods including Animated Literacy.
Math concepts are developed through the use of concrete materials.
Science and Social Studies are integrated with our themes and play/work centers.

Parents have the ultimate responsibility to educate their children. Your child's achievement improves when you as a parent are involved in their education. Parents are kept informed through monthly and weekly newsletters of ECS activities.

You have the opportunity to be actively involved by coming in to help with supervising, make games, putting up bulletin displays and helping on field trips.

ECS is the foundation to a child's education. We aim to create an atmosphere that will develop a love and enthusiasm for God's Word and God's principles while providing a program that prepares them for grade one.
